Refund policy
- We will accept all return and refund request within 7 Days of the customers delivery date. Contact us via email at thesensoryspaco@gmail.com to start your return process. We appreciate you allowing us to make it right, your business is of great value to our team.
- Once your item(s) has been shipped, we can not start your refund or return process until your item(s) has been received and/or delivered. At that time, please contact us to begin your refund or return process.
- Buyers are NOT responsible for return shipping costs. The Sensory Spa Collection will assume any shipping or delivery cost in replacing your product. The Sensory Spa Collection is only responsible for the value of the product(s) in question.
- TO COMPLETE YOUR REFUND OR RETURN:

- Submit your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase when submitting your claim information .
- Upload any photo(s) of the item(s) of your return or refund in your email to better assist with your claim .
- Our Customer Service team, will contact you via email to complete your return or refund within 24-48 hours of your refund or return claim.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the customer with the final details of their refund or return details.
- Refunds and Returns typically process between 5-7 Business Days. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment usually within 5-7 Business Days.
